Samsung® “Angry Birds® Check-In Challenge Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes ~ 11/17/12 (Facebook)

Promotion starts Monday, October 8, 2012, at 3:00 A.M. Eastern Time, USA (“ET”), and ends Saturday, November 17, 2012, at 2:59:59. AM., ET. Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes/prize draw.

Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of and residing within, the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Canada (except the Province of Quebec) or The United Kingdom, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

TO RECEIVE GAMES SQUARES: Entrants can receive Tiles as follows:

(i) An Entrant will receive three (3) Tiles after s/he has clicked the “Get Started” button and successfully registered to enter the Promotion;

(ii) Once each calendar week starting Monday, October 8, 2012, AT 3:00 A.M., ET, an Entrant can receive additional Tiles, as stated in (a) – (c) below, up to a maximum of fifteen (15) tiles per week, by visiting one of the participating retail locations listed below* and doing one (1) of the following:
a. If the Entrant “checks in” on Facebook, s/he will receive five (5) Tiles; or
b. If the Entrant “checks in” on Facebook and posts a comment, in compliance with Section 4.(D) below; about the Entrant’s participation in the Game, s/he will receive ten (10) Tiles; or
c. If the Entrant “checks in” on Facebook and posts a photograph of them playing Angry Birds on a Samsung Smart TV, in compliance with Section 4(D) below s/he will receive fifteen (15) Tiles.

(iii) Each day an Entrant can follow the instructions and click the “Invite Friends” button to invite his/her friends that s/he thinks would be interested in playing the Game, the Entrant will receive one (1) Tile at such time that such friend has successfully registered for the Promotion and plays the Game.

TO PLAY THE GAME: To play the Game, an Entrant must click on and unlock one (1) of his/her Tiles (“Game Play”) to see if it reveals (i) a Game Prize, (ii) the receipt of additional Sweepstakes Entries or (iii) a “Try Again” message. After an Entrant has unlocked one hundred (100) Tiles, s/he will not be eligible to receive any additional Tiles; however, s/he will automatically receive ten (10) bonus Entries (“Bonus Entries”) into the Sweepstakes.

There is a maximum of one hundred (100) Tiles that an Entrant can receive and can unlock. Entry Limit: Only One (1) Facebook ID may be used per person to enter and participate in this Promotion.

GAME PRIZES (495): Four hundred ninety-five (495) Game Prizes are available to be won. Each Entrant who wins a Game Prize will receive as his/her Prize an Angry Birds Plushie toy. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Plushie toy: $9.99 USD; $9.70 CAD; ₤6.15.

Prize Total ARV of all Game Prizes: $4,945.05 USD; $4,801.50 CAD; ₤3,044.25. PRIZE LIMIT: A Game Winner is also eligible to win one (1) Sweepstakes prize.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Samsung 55” ES8000 Smart TV (ARV: $2,669.99 USD; $2,592.33 CAD; ₤1,643.52).

One (1) First Prize Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Samsung 46” ES7500 Smart TV (ARV: $2,519.99 USD; $2,446.69 CAD; ₤1,551.21).

One (1) Second Prize Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Samsung Audio with Dock (ARV: $699.99 USD; $679.58 CAD; ₤430.93).

Total ARV: of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $$5,889.97 USD: $5,718.60 CAD; ₤3,625.66. PRIZE LIMIT: No Entrant or member of his/her household may win more than one (1) Sweepstakes Prize.
