Mattel Toy-a-Day Giveaway Promotion ~ 11/21/12

Promotion begins on October 8, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 21, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Promotion consists of a Grand Prize Drawing and a Sweepstakes. Promotion consists of forty-five (45) Daily Entry Periods, each beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. each calendar day.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. Then, follow the links and instructions to learn about the Daily Prize and receive one (1) entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day, per person/email address during the Daily Entry Period.

Tell-A-Friend Program: After you enter the Promotion, you will be invited to submit the name and email address of one (1) friend who must be eligible to enter the Promotion. After you refer your friend with a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing and one (1) additional entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period You can receive up to a total of five (5) additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing and five (5) additional entries into each Daily Entry Period per day during the Promotion Period.

Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around November 27, 2012. Administrator will randomly select each potential Daily Entry Period winner from all eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period, on or around October 23, 2012, November 7, 2012, and November 27, 2012. On or about each Daily Entry Period drawing date Administrator will conduct drawings for all concluded Daily Entry Periods. There will be one (1) winner randomly selected for each Daily Entry Period during the Promotion Period. The specific prize and corresponding day are listed below.

Grand Prize Drawing: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $500 shopping spree awarded in the form of a $500 online gift code to be redeemed at MattelShop.com and/or FisherPriceStore.com. Terms and conditions apply. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $500.
