Open to U.S. legal residents and DC, 13+.
Begins 12:01 a.m. (CST) 8/20/12 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CST) on 10/31/12.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day.
Nominators must submit a short essay in the English language of 500 characters or less explaining why they are a fan of the Nominee, the Nominee's first and last name and mailing address. The Nominator must submit their first and last name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize - Five (5) $100 Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Cards will be given to randomly selected Nominators on or around November 2, 2012. Total ARV of Grand Prizes $500. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer.
Random Daily Winners From Nominees ("Daily Winners"): One (1) Daily Winner will be randomly drawn from among all Nominees on each day starting on August 20, 2012 and ending on October 31, 2012. Each Daily Winner (73 total) will receive a selection of 3-5 Hallmark Justin Bieber greetings cards and a $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Card (while supplies last). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), $15.00. Total ARV of all Daily Winner prizes is $1,095. Nominees will be valid throughout the sweepstakes. Nominees may be entered more than once and are eligible to receive more than one (1) selection of Hallmark Justin Bieber greeting cards and a $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Card from different Nominators. The odds of winning will be determined by the actual number of eligible Nominations received. Daily Winners will be sent a selection of 3-5 Hallmark Justin Bieber greeting cards and a $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Card by mail approximately 4-6 weeks after drawing date. A printed insert inside the prize package will provide Nominees with direction as to how to reveal the identity of their Fan Mail Nominator online or by calling 888-886-1188. The Nominator will be notified via email that their Nomination is a winner and that the person they nominated will receive a selection of 3-5 Hallmark Justin Bieber greeting cards and a $5 Hallmark Gold Crown Gift Card in the mail.
Winners of the Grand prizes will be contacted by phone or email using the contact information provided during entry. If unable to contact a Grand prize winner within three (3) days from first attempt, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Total ARV of Grand and Daily Prizes $1595.
