Finalist Prize: Each Finalist will receive the following prize package (the “Finalist Prize”): (i) transportation (see below) to New York City, New York, to attend the Final Event, (ii) two (2) nights overnight accommodations for two people in New York City (based on one standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor (check-in and check-out dates to be determined by Sponsor), (iii) round-trip ground transportation from the hotel to the Final Event, and (iv) dinner while attending the Final Event. If a Finalist’s residence is located less than 150 miles from New York City, New York, (as determined by Sponsor), that Finalist will receive round-trip ground transportation for one person from the Finalist’s residence to New York City, New York. If a Finalist’s residence is located 150 miles or more from New York City, New York, (as determined by Sponsor), that Finalist will receive round-trip air transportation for one person to New York City, New York from the international airport closest to the Finalist’s residence plus round trip ground transportation to the hotel from the arriving airport in New York. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each of the 12 Finalist Prizes is $1,000, but will vary depending on the location of a Finalist’s residence and the mode of transportation awarded. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, all taxes, additional transportation, taxis, insurance, meals, beverages, gratuities, room service, other services, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of each Finalist to pay. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will consist of one (1) Mercedes Benz 280 SL. The actual vehicle to be awarded is to be selected by the Sponsor including the year of manufacture (1963 - 1971), color, and style (i.e., hard top or convertible). The ARV of the Grand Prize is $40,000. The total ARV for all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is $52,000.
