Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am, EST on March 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm, EST on April 30, 2013.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are least eighteen (18) years of age as of date of entry.

It extended the entry period through May 14th without updating the timeline in the rules, and it's still accepting entries as of today. Sounds like someone just wanted to grow a database.
