begins on October 10, 2012 at 7:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on November 21, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. PST
open to legal U.S. residents and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and other United States territories), who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants are limited to either (1) one entry per person through one of the Primary Entry Methods, and up to 10 additional entries through the Referral Entry Method; or, (2) up to eleven (11) mail-in entries.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two Primary Entry methods:
(1) Smart Phone: Using an internet-enabled "smart-phone" or similar device, during the Sweepstakes Period, download and install the free Pinkberry Loyalty App ("Pinkcard" or "App"), available in the iTunes store or Android Marketplace. Via the installed App, register for the Sweepstakes. (Standard Internet data usage charges may apply), by fully and accurately completing the registration form.
(2) Web Entries: Obtain a Pinkberry Loyalty Card from a participating Pinkberry store.1 There is no purchase necessary. Access the Sweepstakes website at www.pinkberry.c

PRIZE/ODDS: Sweepstakes Grand Prize consists of one "Experience Pinkberry for a Year" Prize Package, which includes: (1) $100 value added to the Grand Prize Winner's Pinkberry Loyalty Card or Pinkberry Smartphone App, and which will reload with an additional $100 value on the 1st of each month for 12 consecutive months, beginning approximately 2/1/2013 (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $1,200); (2) Four Pinkberry Yogurt Parties for up to 25 people (ARV $700); (3) a "Take Home" yogurt (valued up to $10) each week for a year (ARV $520); and (4) Pinkberry eGift cards (ARV $600). Total ARV of Grand Prize is Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).
Six (6) winners will each win a Weekly Prize, which will consists of One Hundred Dollar value ($100) loaded on to the Weekly Prize winner's Pinkberry Loyalty Card, or Pinkberry Smartphone App. One awarded for each week of the Promotion. Total ARV of Weekly Prizes ($600).
