Age of majority, contiguous US, one entry per person/email address. Submit a video of 20 seconds showing your dance moves, which may be inspired by the trailer for the Silver Lining Playbook movie and the how-to choreography video. Ends November 25, 2012 @ 11:59pm ET
Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and a guest to Los Angeles, California to attend a taping of Dancing With The Stars as an audience member (tentatively scheduled for December 15th, 2012, but date subject to change in the sole discretion of Sponsor and The Weinstein Company) including airfare vouchers up to $1,000 per person, traveling on December 14th, 2012 (or another date as determined by the Sponsor's or The Weinstein Company); hotel stay for winner and guest for 3-days/2-nights at a hotel of Sponsor's choosing (standard accommodations, single room, double occupancy); and tickets for winner and a guest to a taping of Dancing With the Stars. (ARV $3,000). If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location (i.e., within 250 miles from destination), ground transportation will be substituted for airfare vouchers at Sponsor's sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner will be solely responsible for all meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, ground transportation, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise specified herein. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Travel arrangements must be made within two (2) days of notification to Winner and winner will provide Sponsor with proof of purchase. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered. In the event the Dancing With The Stars show is cancelled or postponed for any reason or tickets are not available, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner. All travelers must possess valid travel documents.
The first 75 entrants will receive either a DVD from The Weinstein Company, copy of the Marie Claire Outfit 911 book, or $20 gift card

Videos must be twenty (20) seconds in length and must be in one of the following formats: FLV, MP4, MPEG, M4V variants or Windows Media and Quicktime (.MOV). Videos can be uploaded from an existing file or recorded and uploaded per the on-screen instructions
Winner Selection: All Entries will be judged by The Weinstein Company who will select a winner from all qualifying videos for one that demonstrates the most dynamic dance performance based on creativity (50%) and enthusiasm (50%). In the event of a tie, the person among the tied Entries with the highest score in creativity will be the winner. By participating in the Contest, entrant certifies that his/her entry is original, has not been previously published or won any award, and does not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes contains obscene, offensive or inappropriate content, that does not comply with these official rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the contest. The decision of the Sponsor and judges is final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. In the event the Sponsor receives insufficient entries, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the contest.
