begins at 12:00 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on October 1, 2012 and ends at 12:00 pm ET on October 18, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period")

consists of three (3) simultaneous sweepstakes, each with differing eligibility requirements: (1) the Patrón XO Cafe's Hunt for Haunted America (National) Sweepstakes ("National Sweepstakes"); (2) the Patrón XO Cafe's Hunt for Haunted America (Portland) Sweepstakes ("Portland Sweepstakes"); and (3) the Patrón XO Cafe's Hunt for Haunted America (Chicago) Sweepstakes ("Chicago Sweepstakes") (collectively, "Sweepstakes"). The Portland Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period ("Portland Entrants"). The Chicago Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Chicago, Illinois metropolitan area who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period ("Chicago Entrants").
The National Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., excluding California, who are at least 21 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period ("National Entrants").
Entrants whose state of residency makes them ineligible for the Chicago Sweepstakes or the Portland Sweepstakes will only be entered into the National Sweepstakes.
NATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES All qualified National Entrants submitting entries during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into the random drawing for one (1) National Prize, consisting of the following:
Admission for the National Prize Winner and his or her guest ("Guest") to attend and join in the Patrón XO Cafe's Hunt for Haunted America Tour ("Tour"), led by celebrity ghost hunter Zak Bagans, in a city to be selected by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion ("Event City");
Two (2) roundtrip airline tickets to/from the Event City for National Prize Winner and Guest;
Ground transportation to/from the airport in the Event City for National Prize Winner and Guest;
Two nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy, standard room) for National Prize Winner and Guest in the Event City;
One (1) $300 food stipend (for National Prize Winner and Guest) in the form of a gift card; and
One (1) $50 gift card for the National Prize Winner.
National Prize Winner must be able to attend the event, which will be held on a date to be determined. Inability to attend the event will result in forfeiture of the entire prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the National Prize: $3,200.
CHICAGO SWEEPSTAKES: All qualified Chicago Entrants submitting entries during the Sweepstakes Period will be entered into a random drawing for one (1) of five (5) Chicago Prizes, each consisting of the following:
Admission for the Chicago Prize Winner and his or her guest ("Guest") to attend and join in the Tour, led by celebrity ghost hunter Zak Bagans, in Chicago, Illinois ("Event City"); and
One (1) $50 gift card for the Chicago Prize Winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for transportation to and from the Tour location. Chicago Prize Winners must be able to attend the event, which will be held on a date to be determined. Inability to attend the event will result in forfeiture of the entire prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Chicago Prize: $100. ARV of five (5) Chicago Prizes: $500.
