Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on October 16, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on November 6, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are: physically located and reside in the United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec); 18 years of age or older for U.S. residents and of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence for Canadian residents; and confirmed, registered members of www.ebay.com or www.ebay.ca.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: online and via U.S. Mail.

(1) Enter your email address in the field as requested;
(2) Complete the one-time, online Registration Form, including your first and last name and mailing address, and check the box that appears on the online Registration Form stating that you have read and agree to the Official Rules; (thereafter, you will only need to provide your email address); and
(3) Submit the online Registration Form during the Promotion Period.
(4) You will be served a page outlining the prizes to be awarded for that day. Choose which prize you wish to win for that day by clicking on the "want" button. Once you click on the "want" button, you will receive one (1) entry in a Daily Drawing to award the prize you indicated and you will receive one (1) entry in a Weekly Drawing for a chance to win a Grand Prize.

Entry must be received by dates/times stated in the Entry Charts below in order to be eligible for a Daily Drawing and a Weekly Drawing. By U. S. Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address and daytime telephone number on a 3" X 5" card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: eBay Thanks You Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 832, Plainview, NY 11803-0832. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by dates/times stated in the Entry Charts below in order to be eligible for a Daily/Weekly Drawing. Limit one entry per outer envelope.

Twenty-four (24) potential Daily Winners will be selected each day in a Daily Drawing on dates/times stated in the Daily Entry Chart below from among all eligible entries received by dates/times stated in the Daily Entry Chart below.
