Open to legal residents of the United States residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older as of date of entry.
to register your twitter handle into the Contest by completing the required registration and
submitting a tweet stating Why should you win the Pepsi Go1Den Pass with the hashtags
#PepsiGo1DenPass and #MyContestEntry (the "Submission") to receive one (1) Entry (the
"Entry") into the Contest for each approved Submission.
Contest Entry Requirements: For an Entry to be considered complete, it must (a) be complete; (b) must follow Twitter handles @Pepsi and @OneDirection, and use @Pepsi, hashtags #PepsiGo1DenPass and #MyContestEntry; (c) You must be an @Pepsi follower and accept @Pepsi as a follower, Tweet on Twitter and have your account settings set to "unprotected" or "public" to receive a Direct Message ("DM"); (d) must be in English and 78 characters or less.
Judging and Grand Prize Winner Determination: All eligible Submissions will be judged by a Sponsor-selected panel of judges (the "Judges"), based on the following judging criteria: 50% Relevance to topic, 25% Originality, and 25% Quality of content shared. The one (1)
Entry/Submission with the highest score will be determined the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.
Grand Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize winner will
receive an official "Bring Me to 1D" Golden Pass, which includes:
• Three (3) tickets to see One Direction perform at Madison Square Garden in New York,
NY, schedule to take place on December 3, 2012 ("Concert);
• Three (3) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest
winner's hometown to an NYC-area airport (as determined by Sponsor). If the winner
lives within One Hundred (100) miles of New York, NY, as determined at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air
transportation;
• Ground transportation to and from the Concert and while in New York, NY metro area;
• Admittance for winner and his or her two (2) guests to attend a special meet-and-greet
and question-and-answer session with the members of One Direction;
• Two (2) nights' hotel accommodation (standard, one room, triple occupancy) in or
around the NYC-metro area.
Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
