FYE Taylor Swift Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") and these official rules are governed construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam) who are not minors in their jurisdiction of residence ("Minor") at time of entry. Employees and directors of Universal Music Distribution, a Division of Universal Music Group Distribution Corp ("Sponsor"), and Trans World Entertainment Corporation and their parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, advertising, promotion and production agencies, any companies who are performing work at Sponsor's request (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [children, spouse, parents, siblings] and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Participants agree to be bound by these official rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") on 10/21/2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on 11/21/2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Sponsor. Participants agree to be bound by these Rules and Sponsor's final decisions.

ENTER ONLINE BY: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. (1) Facebook: Visit facebook.com/fyeguy during the Sweepstakes Period. If you are not a Facebook account holder, create a Facebook account. There is no fee or charge to become a registered Facebook member. After logging into Facebook, go to the fyeguy page at www.facebook.com/fyeguy ("Page"). If you already "Like" the FYE Page, visit the FYE Page and complete and submit the online official entry form. If you have not already "liked" the FYE Page, find the Sweepstakes tile on the main FYE Page, "Like" the FYE Page and complete and submit the official online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day. OR (2) FYE Website: To enter via this method of entry, visit www.fye.com ("Website") during the Sweepstakes Period. Click on the "FYE Taylor Swift Sweepstakes" icon on the Website and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the official entry form by providing your first and last name, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, date of birth, and telephone number ("Entry"). Then, click the designated icon to submit your Entry. Limit one Entry per person/email per day. All Facebook and FYE Website entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 pm PT on 11/21/12, as set forth above. Sponsor's computer will be the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail or wireless accounts or any other methods will void all of that person's entries and that person will be disqualified.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among all Facebook and FYE Website entries received on the dates set forth above. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. All entries and their content become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to see a live performance by Taylor Swift prior to 12/31/13 (exact dates and location to be determined solely by Sponsor dependent upon final performance schedule and/or artist availability). Prize includes round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport closest to the winner's home address to a major airport in or near the concert city ("City") location for travel one (1) day prior to performance date and one (1) day following performance date (carrier at Sponsor's sole discretion and flights may include stopovers and/or connections); two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor's choice; two (2) tickets or passes to the selected Taylor Swift performance (seat location at Sponsor's discretion) and two (2) meet and greet passes, subject to artist availability. If winner resides less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, beverages, food, gratuities and tips, tax, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Winner and winner's guest must not be a Minor. ; must complete, sign and return all affidavits, releases and other documents required by Sponsor prior to ticketing of prize; must travel on the same itinerary; must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change; and must comply with all airport and venue security requirements; or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner, provided sufficient time remains to verify alternate winner and ticket prize, otherwise prize will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or guest due to noncompliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to change and availability, certain restrictions and Sponsor's approval. No responsibility is assumed for any cancellation or rescheduling of an event in whole or in part. If any of the foregoing events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, the travel portions of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,500.00, which will vary depending upon point of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize will not be fulfilled outside the United States and District of Columbia. Prize elements may not be separated. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize.



Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or phone. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner's failure to respond to notification within two (2) days after its transmission; [2] the return of an email notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] potential winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; [4] potential winner's failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within two (2) days after it is mailed; [5] potential winner's failure to be available to make the trip on Sponsor-selected dates, [6] any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of prize forfeiture, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate winner. . Any portion of any prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited and go unawarded.

If selected as the potential Winner, Winner agrees, except where prohibited, to grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor, Trans World Entertainment Corporation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, agents, and those acting under their authority, to use his/her name, entry contents, visual and audio likeness, biographical data and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to any commercial or publicity purpose, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and on the internet, without further notice, review, approval or additional compensation or consideration.
