OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) STATES OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF TIME OF ENTRY
To participate in a Daily Sweepstakes, Twitter members who meet the eligibility requirements must follow @wheeloffortune and send a "Tweet" of not more than one hundred and forty (140) characters which must include the hashtag "#AmazingSpiderMan" exactly to @wheeloffortune containing the correct Puzzle Solution for the respective Daily Sweepstakes (may be referred to as a "Sweepstakes Entry" or "Entry"). Sweepstakes Entries must be received between 4:00:00 p.m. PT on a given day and 3:59:59 p.m. PT the immediately following day (the "Daily Entry Period"). Participants must include "#AmazingSpiderMan" in their Twitter Sweepstakes Entry or said entry will not be valid. Each such individual submitting a valid Sweepstakes Entry may be referred to herein individually as an "Entrant" and collectively as "Entrants". Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the current Daily Sweepstakes if and only if they provide the correct Puzzle Solution from the episode of the Show corresponding to that Daily Sweepstakes. Submission of incorrect Puzzle Solutions will not be considered for a prize award. Sweepstakes Entries for the last Daily Sweepstakes must be received by 3:59:59 p.m. PT on November 3, 2012. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person/Twitter account per Daily Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: The following list of sixteen (16) individual prizes to be awarded in each Daily Sweepstakes consists of the following items (subject to availability):
One (1) Bravia HX850 HD TV (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,799)
One (1) 3D Blu-ray™ Player (ARV: $299)
One (1) PS3 console (ARV: $250)
One (1) Portable Blu-ray™ Player (ARV: $199)
Twelve (12) copies of "The Amazing Spiderman" on Blu-ray™ Combo Pack (ARV: $38/each)
