Gildan New Mexico Bowl "Touchdowns For Tuition" Promotion ~ 11/19/12

Promotion begins on or about October 19, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 19, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Promotion consists of an instant win game (the "Game") to award a total of eight hundred (800) "Daily Prizes" during the Promotion Period and a Grand Prize random drawing (the "Sweepstakes") to award one (1) Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, as described below.

Only legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to participate in the Promotion and win a prize. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

Complete the entry form with the information requested, and click "Submit Entry". Once you have completed registration via the Website, follow the online instructions to play the Game. At the conclusion of Game play, you will be informed if you have won a Daily Prize (subject to verification of eligibility). If you receive a message that contains any message other than a winning prize message, you are not a prizewinner. All potential Daily Prize winners will be notified by a confirmation page that appears after the participant plays the Game. This confirmation page will provide prize redemption instructions. After completing Game play, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) Game play/Sweepstakes entry per registered user per day. You must be registered and logged in in order to play the Game and be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) registration per person and/or per email address.

At the end of the Promotion Period, the Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry.

One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of up to $10,000 to be used towards higher education (the "Scholarship") as described below and a trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests to Albuquerque, NM to attend the Gildan New Mexico Bowl on December 15, 2012. The Trip includes:
- round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and up to three (3) guests from the major airport nearest winner's home to Albuquerque, NM,
- three (3) nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy),
- four (4) admission tickets to the Gildan New Mexico Bowl, and
- $2,000 spending money.

The final amount of the Scholarship will be determined during the Gildan New Mexico Bowl. At the start of the Bowl Game, the amount of the Scholarship will be $2,000. For each touchdown scored by either team during the Bowl Game, the Scholarship will be increased by $1,000. $8,000 is the maximum amount that may be added to the Scholarship as a result of either team scoring a touchdown. In the event more than eight (8) touchdowns are scored during the Bowl Game, the total value of the Scholarship will remain at $10,000. The minimum value of the Scholarship will be $2,000. The maximum value of the Scholarship will be $10,000 depending on the number of touchdowns scored during the Bowl Game. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is a maximum of $17,000.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN TRIP: The Grand Prize winner's guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older or if any guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and his or her guests must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, weather, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. The ARV for the Trip portion of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. If the closest airport to the Grand Prize winner's home is in close enough proximity to prize destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such prize winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to the winner. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. In the event winner and/or his/her guest(s) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or his or her guest(s) home with no further compensation. The Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor. If winner is unable to participate in the Trip during the dates designated by Sponsor, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety. In the event the prize winner is able to participate in the Trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the Bowl Game does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the winner. The winner will be required to be available within (5) working days of accepting the prize for a photo shoot arranged by the Sponsor for promotional purposes. The total time of the promotional photo shoot will not exceed two (2) hours. Excepting the preceding sentence, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason.

SCHOLARSHIP: The total amount of the Scholarship (as determined during the Bowl Game) will be made payable to the Grand Prize winner in the form of a check. The Grand Prize winner agrees (and must agree to same in writing) that the Scholarship will be by the Grand Prize winner or a designee for the sole purpose of higher education. The funds may be used to pay for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and/or equipment necessary for the recipient to pursue higher education or may be invested to pay for future higher education expenses.

Eight Hundred (800) Daily Prizes are available during the Promotion Period. Each Daily Prize consists of a Gildan "Care Package" including a pullover hoodie, a Gildan T-shirt, a Gildan Bowl T-shirt, a six (6) pack of socks, a three (3) pack of underwear (for women only) and a three (3) pack of boxer briefs (for men only). The ARV of each Daily Prize is $35. Daily Prizes may be delivered to the recipient of the winner's choice. At the time of prize notification, Daily Prize winners will be asked to provide intended recipient's mailing information, gender, and size as directed. Daily Prizes winners can designate themselves as the recipient of a Daily Prize. Daily Prizes will be mailed to the designated Daily Prize recipient within ten (10) working days of completion of winner verification.

Limit one (1) prize per person per prize level (e.g. a participant can win a Daily Prize and the Grand Prize, but he/she can not win two (2) Daily Prizes).

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes offered will be a minimum of $45,000.
