Only legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes shall be offered monthly according to the schedule below (each month, a "Sweepstakes Period"):

Limit one (1) entry per person.

PRIZES/ODDS: Up to six (6) prizes are available during the Sweepstakes, one (1) per Sweepstakes Period. Each prize consists of one (1) $50 Marshalls gift card. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is $50.
