Ford Fusion Street Chic Sweepstakes ~ 12/31/12

Sweepstakes begins on October 5, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Sweepstakes consists of twelve (12) Weekly Entry Periods as outlined in the chart below, and a Grand Prize Entry Period that runs the entire length of the Promotion Period.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An all-new 2013 Ford Fusion, a $2,000 gift card that can be used to purchase designer accessories, and a stylist consultation. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $27,500.

TWELVE (12) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): A $400 gift card that can be used to purchase a designer handbag. ARV: $400.

TWENTY-FOUR (24) SECOND PRIZES (two (2) per Weekly Entry Period): A $50 gift card that can be used to purchase designer accessories. ARV: $50.

Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $33,500.
