Instant Win Game Prize Details: Subject to a sufficient number of participants and verification with these Official Rules, a total of (4,920) Instant Win Prizes (twenty four (24) prizes per participating Godiva boutique) will be randomly awarded throughout the Promotion Period. Each Instant Prize Winner will receive a 36-piece Godiva Gold Ballotin. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50 each set
Sweepstakes Grand Prize Details: A total of one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about 12/21/12 from among all eligible entries received throughout all participating Godiva boutiques by P/S/T, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. Grand Prize winner will receive a Godiva Luxury 60-piece Gift Box with SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS (ARV: $150). Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period for participating Godiva boutiques. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, text message and/or email. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Promotion: $246,150.

Online: Visit GodivaHolidayOnline.com, select a Godiva boutique in the US or Puerto Rico nearest to your home address (or, if not nearby, otherwise closest in mileage to your home address) and follow the instructions provided to complete the Registration Form. Upon submission of the Registration Form, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize drawing as well as an onscreen Game Play message stating whether you are a potential Instant Prize winner (subject to verification). If a winning message is displayed with a Prize Validation Code, you must follow the instructions provided to claim your prize.
All Instant Win Prizes must be claimed in person within five (5) days of notification at the participating Godiva boutique visited (or selected on the online Registration Form). Winners will be solely responsible for any/all transportation to the applicable Godiva boutique. At time of prize claim, potential winner must show the Godiva boutique manager the following: 1) a valid photo ID and 2) a unique Prize Validation Code. In the event any winner resides more than 30 miles outside the participating Godiva boutique in which prize was won, winner must call the boutique to claim his/her prize and prize will mailed to respective winner via USPS mail from the Godiva boutique thereafter.
