Sweepstakes begins November 1, 2012 and ends November 15, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following prize: Two (2) round-trip air tickets to New York, NY and a three (3) day, two (2) night hotel stay for two (2) people in New York City.*
Approximate retail value of the prize is approximately $4,500.00 (US) and will vary according to the departure city.
* Offer valid for travel to New York on 12/10/2012 returning on 12/12/2012 subject to the following restrictions. Sponsor shall be responsible for making all air and hotel reservations which are subject to blackout dates, holiday restrictions, and room availability. At Sponsor's sole discretion, round trip airfare will be provided from the US airport that (a) is closest to the winner's address (as provided in the entry form); and (b) that offers service to New York City. Reservations will be made no less than fourteen (14) days in advance. Travel dates shall be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion, provided that reasonable efforts shall be made to accommodate winner. Prize will not include hotel taxes or gratuities. Sponsor not responsible for hotel accommodations beyond those stated in the prize description or any form of transportation for domestic travel within the United States. Winner and traveling companion shall be responsible for all government taxes, airport and travel related taxes and surcharges; and all necessary travel documentation required for international travel, such as a valid passport, certified birth certificate, valid picture I.D., etc. Airline tickets and hotel reservations are not negotiable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable to another carrier or travel related company.
