Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to attend Music City Bash on Broadway on December 31, 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people on American Airlines, or its Airline Associates (American Eagle or the AmericanConnection carriers) between the major US gateway airport served by American Airlines or it’s Airline Associates nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by American Airlines) and Nashville, TN; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two VIP tickets to the Event (seats determined by the Prize Coordinator); one Music City Gift Bag; one Music City Backstage Pass good for admission for two people to various Nashville attractions, and two pairs of Durango Boots (ARV $2,850)

Travel for the Grand Prize winner will take place December 30, 2012 – January 2, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Airline tickets valid on American-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner’s residence served by American Airlines. If the winner does not live in a city served by American Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by American Airlines. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to the winner. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination, airfare will not be provided. If, for any reason, the Event is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Event on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
