Ford BCS Ultimate Combo Promotion ~ 12/27/12

Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/3/12 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 12/27/12.

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license as of date of entry. Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations) and where prohibited.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 12/28/12, from among all eligible Entries received for the Promotion Period. Administrator will attempt to notify potential winner by telephone between the hours of 8:00 AM ET and 1:00 PM ET on 12/28/12. Potential winner must respond by telephone within four (4) hours of the Administrator's first attempt to contact him/her in order to be eligible to claim the prize(s). No voicemails will be left.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost® Truck (ARV/MSRP $50,000); and a nine (9)-day trip for two (2) from 12/31/12 to 1/8/13 to attend the Rose Bowl Game presented by VIZIO in Pasadena, CA (1/1/13), the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, LA (1/2/13), the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl in Phoenix, AZ (1/3/13), and the 2013 BCS National Championship Game in Miami, FL (1/7/13).

Trip consists of:
- round-trip, coach air travel for two (2) originating from and concluding at the commercial airport nearest winner's residence;
- eight (8) nights' hotel accommodations (room and tax only, based on double occupancy);
- local ground transportation (between airports, hotels and Sponsor-selected events);
- two (2) tickets to the Rose Bowl, Allstate Sugar Bowl, Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, and 2013 BCS National Championship games (ARV: $20,650).

ARV of vehicle is based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of a base model 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost Truck.

Total ARV of Grand Prize is $70,650.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Vehicle Prize – Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, registration, license, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Delivery date and time will be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner's residence. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle may differ from any prize shown in promotional materials and may not be transferred or assigned. In the event that the Winner is unable (for any reason) or chooses not to take delivery of the vehicle, the Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Prize.
Trip Prize - All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Winner and guest of Winner will be required to sign liability release and, where permitted by law, publicity release ("Release") prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guests must be at least 21 years of age. Travel is subject to availability, and certain blackout dates may apply. If a winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the entire prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of the trip portion of the prize not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner's responsibility. Hotel accommodations are standard room/double occupancy. Winner and their guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and awarded, where practical, to an alternate. Multiple guests/travel companions or variations to any set itinerary on any prize trip will not be managed by Sponsor or Administrator and any additional cost for any such changes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner lives in the vicinity of any prize destination (in Sponsor's sole opinion), that winner will receive ground transfers in lieu of air travel and no additional compensation will be awarded. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor is not responsible if any of the games are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. All Prize Elements - Prize will be awarded in the name of the winner and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner is permitted. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on all aspects of their prize. Winner will be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting as Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize and the winner will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes. WI residents will not be responsible for sales tax on the Grand Prize vehicle. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and, upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.
