RadioShack "Wish It To Win It" Sweepstakes ~ 11/18 - 12/30/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 30, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.

For purposes of selecting the potential Weekly Prize winners, the Entry Period will be divided into a series of six (6) consecutive periods (each a "Weekly Period"). Each Weekly Period will commence at 9:00 a.m. ET on a Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Saturday, except for the final Weekly Period, which will commence at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 23, 2012 and end at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2012.

In order to play, each entrant must select products from among options provided by Sponsor to complete a "wish list" for the entrant's profile. Once a wish list has been completed and submitted, it cannot be changed. Items made available by Sponsor as possible wish list selections will not necessarily be made available as Sweepstakes prizes. After completing the wish list, the entrant will then have the opportunity using the App to give virtual gifts ("Gifts") to and receive Gifts from those of the entrant's Facebook friends who also have registered for the Sweepstakes.

Entrants will also have the opportunity to earn entries by inviting the entrant's friends to enter the Sweepstakes using the "Invite Friends" button provided in the App. Each such invitation will be deemed to be the equivalent of one Gift given and will result in one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Each entrant will be permitted to give a maximum of ten (10) Gifts per day (including Gifts given in the form of Sweepstakes invitations). There is no limit on the number of Gifts that each entrant may receive during a particular day. For each Gift given, (a) the entrant who gave the Gift will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Weekly Period during which the Gift was given and (b) the entrant who received the Gift will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the Weekly Period during which the Gift was given.

Weekly Prizes: Following the conclusion of each Weekly Period, five (5) potential Weekly Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received during that Weekly Period. Non-winning entries received during a particular Weekly Period will not be carried over into drawings for any subsequent Weekly Periods, but will be included in the Grand Prize drawing. With respect to each potential Weekly Prize winner selected in the drawing, the entrant who gave the potential Weekly Prize winner the most Gifts (the "Leading Gifter") during the pertinent Weekly Period will also be eligible to receive a Weekly Prize, subject to verification.

Grand Prize: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent from all entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about January 4, 2013. The Leading Gifter with respect to the Grand Prize winner (i.e., the entrant who gave the Grand Prize winner the most Gifts over the course of the Entry Period) will also be eligible to receive a Grand Prize, subject to verification. In the event that two or more entrants gave the potential winner the same number of Gifts during the relevant period (i.e., the pertinent Weekly Period with respect to a potential Weekly Prize winner, and the entire Entry Period with respect to a potential Grand Prize winner) and are tied as the Leading Gifter, the tied entrant who earlier gave his or her final Gift to the potential winner during the relevant period will be deemed the Leading Gifter.

Weekly Prizes: Sixty (60) Weekly Prizes will be offered (with respect to each Weekly Period, one (1) Weekly Prize for each of the five (5) winners selected in the prize drawing and one (1) Weekly Prize for each of the five (5) associated Leading Gifters), as follows:

Week One: Kindle Fire HD - Catalog #: 25-3710 (approximate retail value ["ARV"]: $199.99);

Week Two: Beats Studio Over-Ear Headphones - Catalog #: 33-435 (ARV: $299.99);

Week Three: Nikon 1 J1 Camera w/10-30mm Lens - Catalog #: 16-2216 (ARV: $449.99);

Week Four: HTC One V available on RadioShack® No-Contract Wireless, powered by Cricket - Catalog #: 17-7654, and six (6) RadioShack Gift Cards each with a face value of $50.00 that can be used toward wireless service (ARV: $499.00);

Week Five: RadioControlled (RC) car/toys 5 pack (ARV $294.95), consisting of RC Trident indoor Helicopter, $59.99, RC Shock Force Indoor Battle Copters 2-pack (ARV: $99.99), RC Stealth Flyer Indoor Helicopter (ARV:$29.99), RC Ford Mustang (ARV: $24.99) and RadioShack® Thunder 1:12 Scale RC Car (ARV $79.99);

Week Six: RadioShack Gift Card with a face value of $500 (ARV: $500.00).

Grand Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be offered (one (1) to the winner selected in the Grand Prize drawing and one (1) Grand Prize for the Leading Gifter). The Grand Prize is a $5,000 RadioShack shopping spree, awarded in the form of a RadioShack gift card or store credit, as determined by Sponsor. ARV: $5,000.

The aggregate ARV of all prizes is $32,449.10.
