Sweepstakes begins on November 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on January 2, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. CT.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, go to www.crackerbarr
You may obtain additional entries into the Sweepstakes' Grand Prize Draw, and enter the Daily Prize Draws (defined below) as follows:
Daily Prize Entries:
- Answer a Daily Question: Each day during the Sweepstakes Period you will have the opportunity to answer a daily question (the "Daily Question"). To answer a Daily Question you will need to click on one of four photos (each, the "Photo" ). There is no correct answer to a Daily Question. There is a limit of answering one Daily Question per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Each day you answer a Daily Question you will receive one (1) additional entry in the Grand Prize Drawing for a maximum of sixty-two (62) entries (See section 4.2 for additional methods of gaining entries in the Grand Prize Draw). Additionally, each time you answer a Daily Question you will automatically be entered into the Daily Prize Draw for that day for the Item you picked. If you are entered into a Daily Prize Draw, your number of entries for that Daily Prize Draw includes all entries that you have collected up to and including that day for the Grand Prize Drawing – the total number of your entries will be indicated on the Site. If you do not enter a particular Daily Question you will not be entered in the Daily Prize Draw for that day.
Grand Prize Entries:
- Opt-in to Receive Emails from Cracker Barrel: You will receive five (5) additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw if you sign up to receive email communications from Cracker Barrel through the Site.
- Opt-in to Receive SMSs from Cracker Barrel: Upon agreeing to receive SMS/text message ("SMS") communications from Cracker Barrel through the Site you will earn five (5) additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw. Standard text and data rates may apply. By opting in to receive SMS messages: (i) you represent that you are the account holder for the wireless number provided or have the permission of the account holder; and (ii) you will receive up to 4 messages sent per month. To unsubscribe, text STOP to 22627. For help, text HELP to 22627.
- 'Liking' Cracker Barrel on Facebook: You will receive five (5) additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw if you 'like' the Cracker Barrel Facebook Page (facebook.com/CrackerBarrel) during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Following Cracker Barrel on Twitter: You will five (5) additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw if you follow Cracker Barrel on Twitter (@CrackerBarrel) during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Invite a Friend: You will earn five (5) entries per friend who registers through the link you send them in accordance with the five (5) methods outlined below a limit of twenty-five (25) total entries can be earned using these methods:
- Invite a Friend Email: To invite friends via e-mail, click on the "Invite A Friend" link on the Site and enter the unique name(s) and unique e-mail address(es) of up to two (2) unique friends at a time. Each friend who has not previously opted-out of receiving notifications from Cracker Barrel will be sent an e-mail from Cracker Barrel containing a link to the Sweepstakes; the e-mail will identify you as having recommended that the e-mail be sent. You may only invite persons from whom you have received permission to provide their e-mail address to Cracker Barrel and by whom e-mail from you or Cracker Barrel would not be considered spam. You will also be able to share the Photo you chose for the Daily Question via email.
- Facebook Wall Posts/Invites: If you are a Facebook user and are logged onto both the Site and Facebook, while on the Site, you may also invite friends using the Facebook invite a friend tool by clicking on the Facebook icon in the "Online Invitation" portion of the Share With Friends page. From the Site, you will then be able to post an entry on your Facebook page regarding the Sweepstakes. You will also be able to share the Photo you chose for the Daily Question via Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.facebook.co
- Share the Photo you chose for the Daily Question via Pinterest: All Photos being shared will have a unique web link which leads back to the Site. Should the link generate a registration you will receive entries. You must have a Pinterest account in order to receive entries into the Sweepstakes for this method. Please note that once a Photo is shared on Pinterest it is viewable by the public. If you do not have a Pinterest account, visit www.pinterest.c
- Twitter Posts/Invites: You must be connected to the Site and Twitter. From the Site, you can then post a message to your Twitter feed that will include a personal web link (see below for how to get a personal web link). If you do not have a Twitter account, visit www.twitter.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Twitter account.
- Personal Link or Banner: To retrieve your personal web link, from the Site, click on the "Share" link and locate the personal web link or personal banner on this page. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards and personal web pages or in emails. The distribution of your personal web link is at your discretion, subject to the following: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and void any personal web link (and all associated earned entries) which it deems, in its sole discretion, to be used or associated with content which is deemed inappropriate. Without limiting the foregoing, such content includes all forms of pornography, inappropriate language and content that incites hate, is demeaning, depreciates the value of Cracker Barrel's name(s), brand(s), products or trade-marks, or incites discrimination of any and all forms.
Alternative (Free) Method of Entry. You can obtain additional entries in the Grand Prize Draw by hand printing your full name, complete address (including zip or postal code), daytime phone number and email address on a 3"x 5" card and mail it, postage prepaid, to: "Pick It to Win It" Sweepstakes, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., P.O. Box 787, Lebanon, Tennessee 37088-0787. Upon receipt of such card, you will be awarded with twenty (20) entries into the Grand Prize Draw. Limit of one (1) mail in entry per person. Mail in entries must be postmarked by January 2, 2013 and received no later than January 10, 2013.
Entry Limit: Limit one hundred and two (102) entries per person, per email address during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. Each Daily Question may only be answered once per day. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Prizes:
Sponsor in its sole discretion shall choose the item that the daily winner will receive. Total ARV of all prizes is $5,364.93
