What a lousy experience! Purchased mine yesterday around 2:00 and immediately received order confirmation. No cerfticates emailed to me by 5:00, so i clicked on the link in my confirmation for the status of my cerfticates. Status says "Contact Us", please contact customer care, blah, blah. YOU'D THINK THEY'D EMAIL YOU IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. Called customer care. After about 15 minutes on hold, i left detailed message with my phone number. Ofcourse, i never received a phone call back. Wanted to buy a cybermonday sale, ofcourse it's now expired!

Ordered two. Got my first one IMMEDIATELY, including the promo. The second one is still in process, likely because they were purchased back-to-back.

only got in for 1 of these, $75. was a no brainer, feel down. should have bought at least 2, prob 3 more. congrats guys

If I purchase something with gift cards how am I issued a refund? In the form of a gift card or can I request a check?

i am completely baffled on how this happened but I got on this deal. i got 2x $400 GC from cashstar using discovercard virtual CC#.
four days ago, i got an email from Discover CashBack stating i had purchased from "Dell Home" on 11/17/2012 and that i had earned $70 cashback. i went to look at my charges for the past 3 months and I have not purchased anything from dell directly. the only reasonable explanation is that CASHSTAR charged my card as "DELL CASHSTAR EGIFTCRD PORTLAND ME SECURE NUMBER XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX". perhaps using the Virtual CC#s triggered cashback link and the name as the charge triggered cashback to be applied to my account???? but even still, (10% of (400 *2)) = $80. doesn't add up to $70. anyone else see this? |
