Open to permanent legal residents of the United States ("U.S.") and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") (excluding Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein, who are active DISH Network L.L.C. ("DISH") subscribers in good standing as of November 6, 2012, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on November 7, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 5, 2012.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per day/phone number/email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prizes:
Grand Prize: The grand prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Hollywood, CA for three (3) days and two (2) nights. The grand prize trip components include: [1] roundtrip coach air transportation for the winner and his/her guest from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) to Hollywood, CA, [2] standard hotel 2 accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights (single room, double occupancy) at a five-star hotel (actual hotel to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), [3] roundtrip ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel, [4] a dinner for winner and guest at Beso Restaurant, alcohol not included, (or similar as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), [5] a VIP visit to the set of Mario Lopez: One on One, and [6] a stipend of $200 awarded in the form of a Visa® Gift Card to the grand prize winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of grand prize: Three Thousand U.S. Dollars ($3,000). The ARV may vary depending upon whether grand prize winner takes the allotted guest and additional compensation will not be provided if value of grand prize is less than the stated ARV. Air transportation provided only if winner resides more than one hundred (100) miles from Hollywood, CA.
First Prize: The first prize consists of: [1] one (1) fifty inch (50") HD TV flat screen television (make and model to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), [2] one (1) home theater system that includes a DVD player with four (4) speakers, one (1) center-channel and a subwoofer (make and models to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), and [3] a One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000) Visa® Gift Card. ARV of the first prize: Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000).
Second Prize: The second prize consists of: [1] one (1) iPad® mini and [2] a Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($500) Visa® Gift Card. ARV of the second prize One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000). Total ARV of all prizes: Six Thousand U.S. Dollars ($6,000).
