open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous states in the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii) who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
PRIZE. The grand prize sweepstakes winner (the "Sweepstakes Winner" or "Winner") will be awarded: round-trip Economy Class tickets to Las Vegas for the Winner and guest from an airport nearest Winner's home residence in the United States as determined by Sponsor (maximum value: $1,200), two (2) nights hotel stay (one double room occupancy room) at the Venetian or the Palazzo Hotel (as determined by Sponsor) (maximum value: $500), one (1) signed copy of Molto Batali, one (1) signed copy of Molto Gusto, one (1) signed copy of Motlo Italian (approximate value: $80.97), one (1) Mario Batali by Dansk™ 12 inch Open Saute Pan in Persimmon and one (1) Mario Batali by Dansk™ 4 Quart Soup Pot in Persimmon from Lenox Corporation (approximate value: $330), three Mario Batali™ cutting boards from Madeira (one (1) Large Utility Board, one (1) Small Chop Block and one (1) Extra Large Carving Board) (approximate value: $90), three (3) jars of Mario Batali™ pasta sauces including one jar each of Cherry Tomato, Tomato Basil and Alfredo and three (3) boxes of Mario Batali™ imported Italian pastas including one box each of Linguine, Penne and Farfalle (approximate value: $37), and a special Mario Batali-created tasting menu (food and wine pairings) dinner for the Winner and one guest at B&B Ristorante in Las Vegas (approximate value: $508).
