Soluto Surface Promotion Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:

THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

This promotion is open to individuals who are over the age of majority (at the time of Promotion entry) in the jurisdiction in which they reside. The contest is void in Israel, the Canadian province of Quebec, the states of Arizona and Rhode Island in the United States of America, Puerto Rico, and any other location prohibited by law, rule or regulation. Residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Lebanon, Syria and any other country which is subject to an embargo or trade restriction with either the United States or Israel are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

Promotion Period:

This promotion begins at 12:00 PM (GMT) on October 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on November 26, 2012 (the "Promotion Period.")

Prizes and Odds

The prizes that will be awarded during the promotion are described below:

Ten First Prizes, (10) Soluto T-shirts, MSRP: $5 (USD) each


The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter:

You may enter to win a prize by following the steps set forth in this section. All entries must be sent and actually received within the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to win a prize. Any use of an automated system, robots, scripting, cheating, multiple/different email addresses, registrations, logins, false identities or any other means of entry, sharing or voting which Soluto in its sole discretion believes to be unfair is prohibited, will void that entrant's entries and will result in disqualification.

You may submit an entry as described below:

You can reach Soluto's official Promotion app in the following ways: (a) Visit Soluto's Official Facebook page, which is located at www.facebook.com/soluto, (b) click on a Facebook ad run by Soluto advertising the promotion, or (c) click on a sponsored post about the Promotion, (d) click on a shared post about the Promotion.
"Like" the Promotion app, which will give you access to the Promotion.
Once you have access to the Promotion, complete an entry form in its entirety. Submission of an entry form will give you one (1) chance to win a prize.
After you have submitted an entry, you may "share" the Promotion with friends. When you share the Promotion with a Facebook friend who subsequently submits an entry to the Promotion, you will gain one (1) additional chance to win a prize.
Winners will be chosen based on a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will occur within 2 weeks of the close of the Promotion Period.
One (1) Grand Prize winner and ten (10) First Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries.

Any winners will be notified directly by Soluto, not by or through Facebook.

Notification of Winner

Potential winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period. Where permitted by law, all potential winners of a Grand Prize will be required, within 7 days of the sending of the notification, to execute a liability and publicity release and an Affidavit of Eligibility (to verify identity, age, mailing address, and any other details necessary to determine eligibility to participate in the Promotion or take delivery of the prize). If required by law, Potential winners may be required to answer a time-limited skill testing question in order to be eligible to receive a prize.

In the event that a potential winner is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, is unreachable, or does not timely, accurately or completely execute the required release and Affidavit, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner chosen by random drawing from other remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate drawings will be held, and after which an eligible winner is not found, the prize will remain un-awarded. Soluto will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to award all prizes within approximately 8-10 weeks after the confirmation of the winner's eligibility.

Prize Fulfillment

It is the potential winner's responsibility to verify that participation in this Promotion and importation of any prize is permitted under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are a resident. In the event that any potential winner is not eligible to receive a prize under the Promotion, or in the event that any prize is unable to be delivered to a winner, the prize will be forfeited. IF THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION DO NOT PERMIT YOU TO RECEIVE A PRIZE UNDER THIS PROMOTION, DO NOT ENTER THE PROMOTION.
