PRIZES:

The grand prize winner will receive FREE Seafood for a Year at a participating Phillips Seafood Restaurant for a value of $600. Prize provided by Phillips Seafood Restaurants. Unless otherwise set forth, the winners will be contacted privately each week for mailing address. Prize will be mailed to winner 10 days after contest ends. Gift card will be valid December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013. Winner will receive $50/month for 12 consecutive months. Dollars will be preloaded onto a Phillips gift card. Unused dollars per month will automatically remove from card. Gift cards valid at participating Phillips Seafood Restaurants only.

Weekly prize winners will receive (1) gift card for a value of $25.

Winners will be chosen at random on a weekly basis.

Winner will receive $50/month for 12 consecutive months. Dollars will be preloaded onto a Phillips gift card. Unused dollars per month will automatically remove from card. Gift cards valid at participating Phillips Seafood Restaurants only.
