All my coupon links that I bought back when they had the sale are now dead. I never even got to use most of them. Thousands of points down the drain.If they were giving me links that would expire they should have told me in the emails!
Because they wasted my points and time I'm not buying ANY Kelloggs products for a LONG time.Royally pissed!

I'm not trying to be mean and I'm sorry about all your points lost, but why would you assume the links would last that long? I mean coupon links go dead all the time like we see in printables thread, so I've always thought if I don't print it, it may be gone. I don't know how long one would expect these (even though you had to use points to pay for them) would stay alive or active. Sorry again that you lost them. Maybe call their customer service and see? I'm not sure if they can confirm that you didn't print them though, so I don't know if they could help?

when i 'bought' one waaaay back i thought it was getting mailed to me. it wasn't till they emailed me telling me to print it within so many days or i would lose it that i realized it WAS a printable. it as a smart source back then i believe. but the link still worked and i was still able to print it. i would call/email them!!

It would have been nice if they had at least emailed me to tell me I only had so many days left to use it.They didn't even do that. I had 10 coupons that I had bought.

I used to be able to print 2 or 3 coupons off, but today it said i could only print 1. Is anyone else having trouble?
when i call kelloggs, they say its not their fault, its Red Plums and to contact them. I have, and Red Plum has never emailed me back.

Anyone else having trouble?
