The rue 21 "One Direction" Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on November 13th, 2012 and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. ET December 4th, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are the age at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (1) Visit facebook.com/rue21 during the Sweepstakes Period click on the "One Direction" link, and fill out the form to enter or (2) Scan the "One Direction" QR code in a rue21 store with a Smartphone and fill out the form to enter.

Entries are limited to one entry per person over the course of the Sweepstakes.

Two (2) grand prize winners will be selected randomly by Sponsor on or about December 5, 2012 and will win a One Direction VIP Prize Pack, as described below.

Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prize will each receive a One Direction VIP Package, which included the following:
- 2 VIP Tickets, for each winner and a guest, for a One Direction 2013 World Tour Date scheduled within the 50 United States and determined at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider (the "Concert"), which includes:
Access to One Direction's sound check; Early access to the One Direction merchandise shop; Attendance at a Q&A session; and a One Direction "swag bag" with assorted One Direction merchandise;
- two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the major airport nearest winner's hometown to a Concert-area airport (as determined by Sponsor). If the winner lives within One Hundred (100) miles of the Concert location as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation;
- Ground transportation to and from the airport, the hotel, and the Concert; and
- two (2) nights' hotel accommodation (standard, one room, triple occupancy) in or around the Concert area.

Approximate combined retail value of all prizes is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00) which may vary depending on travel itineraries, costs of air transportation and various other factors at time of award. The approximate retail value of the prizes represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prizes turns out to be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. The winners will be featured on the rue21 Facebook page and website. The winner will be contacted via email if they have won. The odds of winning the grand prize are based on the number of eligible entries received by rue21 during the duration of the Sweepstakes.

Winners must be at least thirteen (13) years old as of date of entry. If a winner or his or her guest is under the age of majority as of November 13, 2012, such individual must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions are allowed except in rue21's sole discretion. Non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash. The images of merchandise displayed in the promotion are not necessarily photographs of the actual prizes that will be awarded. Further, rue21 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable, or to select a replacement winner at random in the event that a video contains offensive or derogatory conduct, as determined by rue21 in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including but not limited to income and sales taxes) attributable to prizes.
