ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive the following: (i) two (2) nights, three (3) days hotel accommodations at the Courtyard Charleston Waterfront Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina for two (2) in a waterfront guest room (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): US$500); (ii) a gift certificate redeemable for two (2) tickets to each of the following events at the 2013 Charleston Wine & Food Festival in Charleston, South Carolina: (a) CHARLIE Magazine Presents Shop, Sip + Savor Event on Friday, March 1, 2013 (ARV: US$100); (b) Bush Law Group, P.C.
