open to all legal United States and D.C. residents who are at least 18 years old at time of entry,

PRIZE/ODDS. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received, on or about December 17, 2012. Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (winner and guest) to The Canyons Resort located in Park City, Utah. Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the commercial airport nearest winner's residence to Salt Lake City, UT, two (2) nights' standard accommodations at the Canyons Resort (single room, double occupancy), four (4) winter day passes (two for winner; two for guest), two (2) Zip Tours (one for winner; one for guest), one (1) dinner for two at the Farm (alcohol and gratuity not included), and Köppen gear for winner and guest. Gear package includes the following:

Men's Köppen Package: Snöburst Insulated Jacket, Tour Noir Full Zip Fleece, Terräng Long Sleeve Tech Tee, Snöburst Insulated Pant, Graphic Beanie, Snöburst Cirratherm Insulated Gloves, Köppen Baselayer Top, Köppen Baselayer Pants.

Women's Köppen Package: Snöburst Insulated Jacket, Eisig Full Zip Heather Fleece, Terräng Long Sleeve Tech Tee, Snöburst Insulated Pants, Graphic Beanie, Snöburst Cirratherm Insulated Gloves, Köppen Baselayer Top, and Köppen Baselayer Pants. Trip is subject to availability and blackout dates which include but are not limited to 12/22/12 - 1/05/13, 1/19/13 - 1/21/13, and 2/16/13 - 2/22/13. Trip must be completed by 12/31/13
