The "Kid Rock New Years Eve Flyaway" Online Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") November 13, 2012 ("Start Date") and ends 11:59 p.m. EST on December 7, 2012 (the "End Date"). The period commencing as of the Start Date and end as of the End Date is sometimes referred to herein as the "Sweepstakes Period").

Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) excluding Puerto Rico, who are at least 21 years old at time of entry and who had online access on or before the Start Date. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Atlantic Recording Corporation (the "Sponsor"), the Seminole Hard Rock Resort and Casino and each of their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son) or members of the households of each (whether or not related) are not eligible.

Beginning 12:00 pm EST on the Start Date, log on to http://www.kidrock.com/happynewyear (the "Website"), complete an official entry form and send it electronically by 11:59:59 AM EST on the End Date (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on the End Date. In order for electronic entries to be valid, entrants must click on the "I Accept" button on the website. Limit 1 entry per email address. No facsimiles allowed.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following "Grand Prize": two (2) tickets to attend Kid Rock's concert occurring on December 31, 2012 at the Seminole Hard Rock Resort and Casino in Florida (approximate retail value per ticket $150), a two night stay at the Seminole Hard Rock Resort and Casino in Florida (approximate retail value for each hotel night $599), and roundtrip airfare on a commercial airline from a major airport near winner's residence (determined solely by Sponsor) for winner and one (1) guest to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area in Florida on or about December 30, 2012 (approximate retail value per ticket $1000 but depends on the winner's place of residence ). Total approximate retail prize value: $3498. Ground transportation to/from the airport will not be provided by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. The winner and guest must travel together. The winner's guest must be at least 21 years of age to share in the prize. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed, except at the Sponsors sole discretion. Prize will be awarded. In the unlikely event that any part of the prize is unavailable for any reason (i.e., the concert is cancelled), winner agrees Sponsors have no further obligation to winner other than delivery of the remainder of the prize. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value of the prize at the time of the award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials. In the event the winner lives within close proximity of the trip destination (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), Sponsor may substitute airfare with ground transportation, and any difference in value will not be awarded. Failure to complete the trip prize does not relieve winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning the trip prize. Specific travel arrangements and all prize details not specified herein will be made and determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary.
