(i) must be a citizen of the United States or a lawful permanent resident of the United States; (ii) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the Sweepstakes; and (iii) must not be considered a minor in your state of residence. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on November 13, 2012 at 10 am Central Time (CT) and ends on December 11, 2012 at 10:00 am CT.
LIMIT: ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY OR MAIL-IN ENTRY PER PERSON PER ROUND FOR A MAXIMUM TOTAL OF 4 ENTRIES PER PERSON.
There are four rounds slated for the following times:
Round 1: Vote for a dream destination of Broadway and Museums in New York City OR Rafting and Climbing in Moab beginning November 13, 2012 at 10:00 am CT through November 20, 2012 at 10:00 am CT.
Round 2: Vote for a dream destination of Southern Hospitality in Charleston OR Surfing in Hawaii beginning November 20, 2012 at 10:01 am CT to November 27, 2012 at 10:00 am CT.
Round 3: Vote for a dream destination of the winning destination from Round 1 OR the winning destination from Round 2 beginning November 27 at 10:01 am CT through December 44, 2012 at 10:00 am CT.
Round 4: Enter for a chance to win the dream destination from Round 3 beginning December 4, 2012 at 10:01 am CT through December 11, 2012 at 10:00 am CT.
PRIZES:
One (1) grand prize: $9,000 travel voucher for travel expenses provided by Burkhalter Travel, 6501 Mineral Point Road, Madison, WI 53705 (destination determined by voters), and $1,000 cash. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the date notification is sent to the grand prize winner. If the total cost of the grand prize winner's trip is less than $10,000, the grand prize winner will not receive the difference between the total cost of travel expenses and the grand prize. All taxes on prizes and expenses relating to acceptance and use of prizes and not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Except as expressly stated in these Rules, no substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the advertised prize a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible if selected activity is delayed, postponed or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is the forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion.
One thousand (1,000) runners-up prizes of an Oregon Chai-branded ceramic mug and a carton of Oregon Café Espresso Concentrate, total approximate retail value of each runners-up prize is $15.00.
