FAO Great Gift Giveaway Instant Win Game ("Promotion") begins at 06:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 12, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 9, 2012 ("Promotion Period").Each Instant Win Game Entry Period, with the exception of the Start Date and End Date, will begin at 12:00:01 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET. The computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.
1.ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska), the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration. Employees, officers and directors of Toys"R"Us-Delaware, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Realtime Media LLC, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment, vendors who have participated in contributing prizes, and marketing agencies, (collectively, "Promotion Entities") their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. DRAWING, PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will be a total of One hundred and eighty three (183) Potential Instant Win Game Prize Winners. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Instant Win Game.
3.INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: A total of One Hundred eighty three (183) Instant Win Game Prize Packages will be awarded throughout the promotion period. Of the total prizes, there are twenty-eight (28) daily prizes as listed below. In addition, one hundred fifty (155) gift cards with a Total Value of $2,500 for FAO Schwarz will be awarded throughout the length of the promotion. For a chance to win a prize, you must enter the Instant Win Game for that specific day. Only entrants that enter that day will have a chance at winning that daily prize. For example, to enter to win Prize #1, entrant must enter the Instant Win Game on Day 1. To enter to win Prize #2, entrant must enter the Instant Win Game on Day 2. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Instant Win Game Prize Package can be found next to the prize, listed below.

Potential winner must complete, sign, notarize and return all required forms to Realtime Media within five (5) days, only if prize is valued at $600 or more. Potential winner becomes the "Winner" only after receipt of all required forms and verification of eligibility by Sponsor. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately mid-December following winner confirmation. If winner of any prize is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of the minor to the parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
