There is a limit of four (4) entries per person, per Entry Period regardless of method of entry. Each week, all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period will be placed into a random drawing to select one weekly prize winner ("Winner").

open to persons who are legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories & Possessions), who are at least eighteen 18 or age of majority, whichever is older in state of residence,

begins on November 12, 2012 at 5:00:00 pm Pacific Time ("PT") and will end on May 14, 2013 at 11:59:59 pm PT or with the end of the West Coast broadcast of the final episode(s) of a Show whichever is later (the "Promotion Period").

Prizes: Weekly Prizes. Each weekly prize ("Weekly Prize(s)") consists of promotional products (also known as 'Schwag') from one of the CBS Mondays' Shows. Each Weekly Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of up to Thirty US Dollars ($30.00). Weekly Prizes are subject to availability. No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Weekly Prize is permitted. Weekly Prizes are solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of each Weekly Prize Winner. There will be twenty-six (26) Weekly Prizes awarded during the course of the Promotion Period. Total maximum ARV of all Weekly Prizes to be awarded over the Promotion Period is Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars ($780.00).

Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes shall award one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip to Los Angeles, California; for the Winner and one (1) guest. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and guest to Los Angeles, California from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights and ground transfers in Los Angeles from airport to hotel and back to airport. ARV of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($3,500.00). Total ARV of all prizes to in the Promotion is Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars ($4,280.00). Grand Prize and Weekly Prizes collectively, the "Prize(s)."
