Grand Prize will consist of one (1) of each of the following items (hereinafter referred to as the "Grand Prize"). A DC Collectibles Justice League NEW 52 7-Pack Action Figures collection; a DC Collectibles Justice League NEW 52 Darkseid Action Figure; a Justice League Vol. 1: Origin (Hardcover) book; a Batman Volume 1: Court of Owls (Hardcover) book; a Fables: Werewolves of the Heartland (Hardcover) book; a Watchmen Collector's Edition: Ultimate Cut + Graphic Novel [Blu-ray]; a Fisher-Price Imaginext DC Super Friends Batcave toy; a PS3 LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Videogame; an Xbox Live LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Videogame; a LEGO Super Heroes: The Batcave 6860 toy; a Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1 [Blu-ray] (2012) and a We Can Be Heroes, Jim Lee lithograph. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: five hundred and eighty-five dollars and no cents ($585). The final ARV of the Grand Prize awarded will be based on, but not limited to, actual Grand Prize elements awarded (at the Sponsor's sole discretion).




Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER (AS DEFINED BELOW) WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A GRAND PRIZE WINNER AFFIDAVIT AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW. All Sweepstakes-execution-specific times refer to Pacific time ("PT"). The "DC Entertainment presents The Top 12 of 12 Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on November 15, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends on January 2, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a "Participant" or collectively as "Participants"). Employees, directors, officers, members and managers of DC Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor"), L.A. Promotion Development, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administering Agency"), their respective parent companies and subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, divisions, broadcast affiliates, production entities, or advertising and promotion agencies associated with the Sweepstakes, or prize suppliers for the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties") are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win the Grand Prize (as defined below). In addition, family members of (whether living in the same household or not) and those living in the same household as (whether related or not) any such employees, directors, officers, members or managers are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or win the Grand Prize. For the purposes of the Sweepstakes, family members are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

The Sweepstakes is administered by the Administering Agency. Entrants must be of good moral character and must have nothing in their background that would be an embarrassment to Sweepstakes Parties. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude anyone convicted of a crime (other than moving violations of a misdemeanor type that did not involve personal injury, drugs or alcohol). By entering, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administering Agency, which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER:

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes online only. A Participant may enter one (1) time per day only. A day, for the purposes of this Sweepstakes, begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. the same day.

Entries that are received before and/or after the Sweepstakes Period will be void. The Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

Access the Sweepstakes on the World Wide Web at http://www.dccomics.com (the "Website") to reach the Sweepstakes registration page. When a Participant attempts to enter, he/she must follow the on-screen instructions and, in the spaces provided (using the entry mechanism provided) enter the following information: his/her first name, last name, e-mail address, date of birth, zip code, and any other entry-related personally identifying information requested by the Sponsor (collectively, an "Entry").

As a condition of entry, each Participant entering the Sweepstakes must also follow the on-screen instructions to indicate that he/she is thirteen (13) years of age or older at time of entry; that if under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, he/she has his/her parent's permission to enter the Sweepstakes; that he/she chooses to automatically be opted in to receive updates via e-mail from DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Entertainment; as well as his/her understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By clicking on the final "Enter" button (in any message or graphic-related representation), each Participant submits his/her Entry to the Sweepstakes.

Nonreadable, garbled or incomplete Entries, or Participants that do not abide by these Official Rules, as determined by the Sponsor or Administering Agency, at their sole discretion, will be disqualified. All Entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries that are submitted by a third-party entity on behalf of a Participant, including, but not limited to, a Sweepstakes agent or agency, or Entries (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency) that are forged, altered or are generated by a macro, bot or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. Submission of false or misleading information by a Participant will be grounds for disqualification of Entry. Proof of submission of an Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt of an Entry by the Sponsor or the Administering Agency. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an Entry is "received" when the Sponsor's Website servers record the Entry information upon Participant clicking the final "Enter" button (in any message or graphic-related representation). Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming Entry or "thanks for entering" message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be submitted legitimately.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential Grand Prize Winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning Entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, Entry will be deemed ineligible.
