Eligibility: The American Multi-Cinema, Inc. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Mobile Scratch & Win (the "Instant Win Game") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period: The Instant Win Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), November 2, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, January 31, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Instant Win Game.
How to Enter: There are 3 ways to enter. Some of them require a promotional code (the "Code") to play the game. During the Promotion Period, visit a participating AMC Theatre and purchase a qualifying large 51 ounce Coca Cola® fountain beverage and receive a specially-marked beverage cup, while supplies last. Locate the Code on the specially-marked cup. See below for methods of entry:
a) Visit an AMC Theatre and enter via text messaging: During the Promotion Period, using your 2-way text-messaging-capable device (each a "Device"), text the keyword HOBBIT MOVIE to the short code 66937. Then, either visit the website listed in the response message or reply "Y" to enter via text messaging. Follow the links and instructions to input the requested information to confirm your date of birth. If you are eligible, you will receive 1 Instant Win Game play per text message, up to 10 plays during the Promotion Period. If you wish to opt out, text STOP HOBBIT MOVIE to 66937. b) Visit an AMC Theatre and enter via microsite with Code: During the Promotion Period, using your Device, text the keyword HOBBIT MOVIE to the short code 66937. Then, visit the website listed in the response message, v.mozes.com/AMC, either using your Device or a computer. Then, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including the Code from the specially-marked cup to receive 1 Instant Win Game play.
c) Enter without making a purchase or without sending a text message: During the Promotion Period, visit v.mozes.com/hobbitmovie and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address. You will receive 1 Instant Win Game play.
For All Methods of Entry: You will automatically advance to the Instant Win Game page where you will be instantly notified if you are a potential winner of 1 of the Instant Win Game prizes. The Instant Win Game is not compatible with systems using Opera Web Browsers.
Limit: 10 Instant Win Game plays per person per Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
