ELIGIBILITY: The MapQuest Never Bored Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (the “Sweepstakes”) and Instant Win Game (the “Game” and, collectively with the Sweepstakes, the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. Territories and Possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit: One (1) Instant Win Play per day, per person, per email address over the length of the Promotion. Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on November 13, 2012 and ends at 5:00:00 PM EDT on December 20, 2012

ADDITIONAL SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: Upon completion of the entry form and playing the Game, the entrant will be brought to the Thank You page where you will have the opportunity to earn up to four (4) additional Sweepstakes entries per day, per person, per email address, throughout the length of the promotion that are in addition to the entry for logging into the site each day with entrant’s email address.

GAME PRIZE ALLOCATION, SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING:

GAME PRIZES: Seven Hundred and Ten (710) Instant Win Prizes (individually, a “Game Prize” and, collectively, the “Game Prizes”) will be awarded. Each Game Prize will be randomly assigned to a specific time during the Promotion Period. The entrant who first submits a valid Game play at or immediately after the randomly pre-assigned specific time will be eligible to win the Game Prize assigned to that time. If the entrant is a potential winner of a Game Prize, he/she will see a message onscreen informing him/her of the applicable prize. The odds of winning a Game Prize depend on the number of eligible Game plays received and the date and time of participation.
