Sweepstakes begins at 3:30:01PM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/13/12 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on 1/14/13.
Open to legal residents (natural persons only) of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of 11/13/12.

Individuals may be required to first either sign in as a registered user on the Website or register as a member on the Website (which is free). Once you are a registered user of the Website, log-in and submit the Official NBA All-Star 2013 Ballot form according to the instructions provided. If you access the Website on a computer, upon submitting your ballot, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. If you access the Website on a mobile device, after submitting your vote, you have the option to enter the sweepstakes by fully completing and submitting the online entry ballot/form for the Sweepstakes. The individual for whom you cast your ballot will have no impact on your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address/phone number per day of the Sweepstakes.
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/21/13 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The first randomly selected potential Grand Prize winner that answers a telephone call placed by P/S/T notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status and who agrees to accept such prize will be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons and if an individual declines prize or is not available for any reason when called, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. Potential First Prize winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail.
(1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following:
1.) 4-day/3-night trip for two to NBA All-Star 2013 in Houston, TX between 2/15/13 and 2/18/13 consisting of:
- round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner's residence in the U.S. or Canada,
- standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations,
- two tickets to select All-Star events and
- ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel; and
2) (1) 2013 NBA All-Star Gift bag.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize package=$4,000US. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Houston, TX as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. If the NBA All-Star 2013 is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor and no additional compensation prize will be awarded to winner in such event. Exact seat locations at games to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Certain travel restrictions may apply. NBA personality's appearance is subject to availability. Exact nature and duration of meet and greet experience shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
(5) First Prizes: Two (2) tickets to a regular season NBA game in any one (1) team market (to be determined by Sponsor). Travel to and from game is not included in prize and is each winner's sole responsibility. (ARV=$200US each).
