The selection of winner will be decided by a drawing at the office of Penobscot Bay Pilot at 10 am EDT on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone on Dec.10, 2012, at the e-mail address or telephone number provided by Entrant to the Sponsor upon registration in the Contest.
Upon notifying the winner of his or her prize, winner agrees to have a photo taken with the iPad mini prize being presented to him or her at the Penobscot Bay Pilot offices, which will be used in advertising by Penobscot Bay Pilot on their website at www.PenBayPilot
