Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to New York The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest New York, NY; 3-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy); two tickets to Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest; and a meet & greet with Brett Eldredge (ARV $2,500)

Travel will take place December 29, 2012 – January 1, 2013 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If the winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Event and/or Visit is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Event and/or Visit on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
