Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 16, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding California) who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Limit one entry per person per day.
One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Paris, France (2 days) and Champagne, France (1 day) for a tour of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte winery and a chance to meet Chief Winemaker (schedule permitting). The prize trip consists of:
- round trip coach air travel for two people to Paris, France, from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor);
- one double-occupancy hotel room for 4 days/3 nights;
- ground transportation to/from the airport/winner's residence; and all ground transportation in France.
Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $5,500.
The Chief Winemaker Meet-and-Greet portion of the prize is dependent upon the Chief Winemaker's schedule; winner will be advised of potential Meet-and-Greet dates at the time prize is awarded. If for any reason, the Sponsor is unable to provide the Meet-and-Greet portion of the prize, no compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof, but remainder of prize package will be awarded.
Winner must take trip by December 31, 2013, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, such as passports and visas, for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified. Grand Prize winner's guest, who must be 21 years of age or older, must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents.
