Sweepstakes begins on November 14, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

There are seven ways to earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes:
a. Like baggallini's Facebook Page: After registration/login, click on the "like" icon on the website to "like" baggallini's Facebook page. You automatically will receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period. You may receive up to one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry during the Promotion Period for liking baggallini's Facebook page.
b. Complete a Weekly Poll: After registration/login, you may answer a poll during each Weekly Entry Period. You automatically will receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period. You may receive up to one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per Weekly Entry Period for answering a poll.
c. Visit Specific Pages: After registration/login, you may click on the links provided to visit the page. You automatically will receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period for each page visited. You may receive (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per page visited during the Promotion Period.
d. Enter Secret Words: Sponsor will tweet, post Facebook updates, and send emails weekly, with secret codes that can be entered on the website to receive additional entries. You may receive up to one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per Weekly Entry Period for entering a secret code.
e. Watch Videos: After registration/login, you will have the opportunity to watch a 1-3 minute video. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period for each video watched. You may receive up to one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period for watching a video.
f. Tell-a-Friend: After registration/login, you will have an opportunity to submit the names and email addresses of up to five (5) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of a friend with a valid email address, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of five (5) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.
g. Tweet a Message: After registration/login in, you will have the opportunity to tweet one (1) of three (3) prepopulated messages. If the tweet does not match exactly what is prepopulated, you will not receive any entries. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period for each tweet. You may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period.
h. Pinterest: After registration/login, log in to or create a Pinterest account, visit www.pinterest.c
Limit: Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the entries states above, by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
There are seven (7) Weekly Entry Periods, outlined in the chart below.
Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes Weekly Entry Period winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Entry Period, on or around the corresponding date in the chart above. Non-winning Weekly Entry Period entries will carry over into the subsequent Weekly Entry Period. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around January 2, 2013. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Bags for a year. Bags for a year awarded as one (1) $100 Baggallini product per month for a year. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,200.
ONE (1) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: A Classic Color Block Gift Set, including an Everyday, a Criss Cross, and a Roundtrip. ARV: $219.85.
ONE (1) WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: An International Gift Set, including a Tokyo Mini, an Amsterdam Crossbody, and a Madrid Tote. ARV: $269.85.
