ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, excluding the state of Rhode Island.
Starts 12:00am EST on Monday, November 19, 2012 and ends 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway:
1. Online Entry
2. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). You may also enter the Giveaway by mail as follows. On a plain 3" x 5" index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), and email address (if any) and mail your completed 3" x 5" card to: "Vote For a Chance to Win", 154 Grand Street, New York, NY 10013. To be considered eligible in the Giveaway, AMOE entries must be postmarked not later than December 5, 2012 and received not later than 11:59 pm EST on December 7, 2012. Each AMOE entry must be mailed in a separate envelope.
Regardless of the method used to enter this Giveaway, the maximum number of entries allowed during the Giveaway Period is one (1) per person.
PRIZE:At the end of the Entry Period, there will be two (2) drawings in which one (1) potential Grand Prize winner shall be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by employees or representatives of the Sponsors to receive one(1) of the Grand Prize with the most votes; options of Fendi Pomegranate Leather Spy Bag, Chanel Black Perforated Leather Drill Tote Bag, Versace Metallic Woven Leather Clutch Bag and one (1) potential Grand Prize winner shall be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by employees or representatives of the Sponsors to receive one (1) of the Grand Prize with the most votes; options of Pris Earrings, Karla Bracelet, Gabriella Necklace.
