Sweepstakes starts on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 7:00 AM EST and ends on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM EST.
Open to legal residents of the United States and DC. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission.
"Like" the ConsumerSearch Facebook page, enter through the Holiday Countdown tab - https://www.facebook.co
By submitting a valid Entry, entrant enters all the future drawings, provided that the Entry must be received no later than 6 PM EST on a Drawing Day in order to participate in the drawing of the day. Limit of one prize per Entry and one Entry per entrant for the Sweepstakes. If entrant wins, his/her Entry will not be included for the following drawings.
One drawing will take place on each of the following holidays: Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 22), Black Friday (Friday, November 23), Cyber Monday (Monday, November 26), First Day of Hanukkah (Saturday, December 8 ), Last Day of Hanukkah (Sunday, December 16), Christmas Day (Monday, December 25 ), First Day of Kwanzaa (Tuesday, December 26), New Year's Eve (Monday, December 31) and the First Day of 2013 (Tuesday, January 1), and in the event there is an additional drawing for an Extra Prize Winner (as described below) on the Second Day of 2013 (Wednesday January 2) (each a "Drawing Day").
Winners (one winner per drawing, i.e. nine (9) winners in total) will be selected by ConsumerSearch from all eligible Entries on the respective Drawing Day. In the event that ConsumerSearch.com reaches 15,000 Fans on Facebook, a tenth "Extra Prize Winner" will be randomly drawn on January 2, 2013. The nine (9) potential Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days following the applicable Drawing Day, and if applicable, the one (1) potential Extra Prize Winner will be notified during the week of January 2, 2013 by email.
PRIZE: Each of the Nine (9) selected Winners will receive one (1) American Express Gift Card (Fair Market Value = $500). In the event that ConsumerSearch.com reaches 15,000 Fans on Facebook, an Extra Prize Winner will be randomly drawn on January 2, 2013, as stated above, and will receive one (1) American Express Gift Card (Fair Market Value = $500).
