2012 Scotch® Brand Holiday Central Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 12/31/12

Promotion begins on November 20, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are 18 years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of participation.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit http://holiday.scotchbrand.com/ and complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address as directed online. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. Following your submission of the completed registration form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.

Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) photo that displays holiday wrapping, a short description of the photo (one hundred (100) words or fewer) and a title of the photo (not to exceed fifteen (15) words), collectively referred to as your submission. By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes drawing.

Limit: Each entrant may enter the Grand Prize drawing one (1) time per day, enter the Weekly Sweepstakes drawing one (1) time per day and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator.

There are seven (7) Weekly Entry Periods outlined in the chart below.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $2,500 in the form of a check.

SEVEN (7) FIRST PRIZES (ONE (1) PER WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD): A large Scotch gift pack. Assortment of Scotch products, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes: $2,600. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes prize per person/email address.

Instant Win Game Prizes: ONE HUNDRED (100) SECOND PRIZES: A small Scotch gift pack. Includes an assortment of Scotch products, determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $16.46. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
