Buffalo Wild Wings Protect the Football Promotion ~ 12/11/12

Promotion includes the Contest and the Sweepstakes. Promotion begins at approximately 10:00:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on or about September 4, 2012 and ends at 9:59:59 a.m. CT on December 11, 2012.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., who are 21 or older (or the age of majority under applicable law) at the time they engage in the Promotion with an internet enabled device (including, but not limited to, traditional computer, smartphone or tablet) and corresponding internet access and/or data plan.

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES: Separate and apart from the Weekly Contests, participants may enter the weekly Sweepstakes. To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://www.buffalowildwings.com/p...weepstakes, complete the registration, including your name, email address and complete mailing address with zip code ("Entry").

WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted by judges designated by the Sponsor from among all eligible Entries received during the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes Period on or about 9:59:59 a.m. CT on the final day of each Weekly Sweepstakes Period (see below) during the Promotional Period. Fifteen (15) entrants selected in the random drawing will be deemed potential Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winners (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules). Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries from one Weekly Sweepstakes Period will not carry over into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes Periods.

CONTEST

HOW TO PLAY: There are two (2) versions of the Protect the Football game (the "Game") available during the Promotion Period, the "Full" version and the "Lite" version. Users will be able to access either the Full or Lite version of the Game, depending on their Device capabilities. Devices running the latest update of IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari as of the beginning of the Promotion Period may be used to access the Full version ("Full Version Device"). Mobile devices and Devices running IE8 and the latest updates of iOS, Android platform as of the beginning of the Promotion Period may be used to access the Lite version ("Lite Version Device").

(1) FULL VERSION PLAY: a) Visit www.protectthefootball.com using your Full Version Device and click on the "Start" button; b) the Game will display; c) to complete a Game play, accurately follow the Game instructions; d) once you have completed the Game, your score will appear and the Game will indicate if you are a top scorer; e) top scorers will be invited to enter the Contest; f) to enter your top score in the Protect the Football Weekly Contest, accurately complete the online registration, including your name, email address and complete mailing address with zip code. Returning registered participants can play again by submitting their name and email address. Only a registered participant's highest score achieved during the Weekly Contest Period on the Full and Lite versions will be considered by Sponsor as a Contest entry.

FULL VERSION SCORING: Objective is to run as many yards as possible without falling, collecting items along the way for bonus yards
Coke Zero items 10 yards per item collected
Footballs 5 yards per item collected
You must achieve 100 yards in level 1 before advancing

(2) LITE VERSION PLAY: a) Visit www.protectthefootball.com on your Lite Version Device and click on the "Start" button; b) the Game will display; c) to complete a Game play, accurately follow the game instructions; d) once you have completed the Game, your score will appear and the Game will indicate if you are a top scorer; e) top scorers will be invited to enter the Contest; f) to enter your top score in the Protect the Football Weekly Contest, accurately complete the online registration, including your name, email address and complete mailing address with zip code. Returning registered participants can play again by submitting their name and email address. Only a registered participant's highest score achieved during the Weekly Contest Period on the Full and Lite versions will be considered by Sponsor as a Contest entry.

LITE VERSION SCORING: Objective is choose as many correct items as you can before time runs out
10 yards per correct item
Bonus score for each correct answer you get in a row. The longer your streak of correct answers in a row, the larger the bonus score.
The bonus score is capped at 10, maximum score with a correct guess is 20 points

For the purposes of this Game, a "day" shall be defined as the time between 10:00:00 a.m. CT on one calendar day to 9:59:59 a.m. CT the following calendar day during the Promotion. Electronically, digitally or mechanically reproduced Game plays created through a third-party web-site or software is prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any player(s) using such Game plays.

The top scores for the Full and Lite versions will be showcased by Sponsor on the Leader Board at www.protectthefootball.com. The Leader Board is for entertainment purposes only, and should not be relied upon in assessing potential winners. In the event of a discrepancy between the Leader Board and actual Contest leaders, as determined at Sponsor's sole discretion, Sponsor's determination shall govern. The Sponsor shall be the sole judge of eligibility and score determination and Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. By participating in this Promotion, each player agrees to be unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions and interpretations of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects.

WEEKLY CONTESTS: At 9:59:59 a.m. CT on the final day of each Weekly Contest Period (see below) during the Promotional Period, the top fifty (50) eligible participants with the highest scores for the Full version Game and the top twenty-five (25) eligible participants with the highest scores for the Lite version Game will be deemed potential Weekly Contest winners (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules). In the event of a tie, the participant (among those tied) that was first to achieve the highest score will be declared the potential winner. Odds of winning a Weekly Contest depend upon the number of eligible participants and top scores.
