Sweepstakes commences at 10:00 AM (ET) on November 21, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on November 25, 2012.
Open only to natural persons who are residents of one of the 50 States of the United States of America or the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. If 18 is not the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which an entrant resides, such entrant will need to obtain permission from their parent/legal guardian in order to enter the Sweepstakes and be declared a Prize Winner.

One entry per person.
There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) Runner-Up Prize winners randomly selected from among all of the Eligible Entries on or about November 26, 2012.
Grand Prize Winner (1) will receive a "Grand Prize" consisting of one (1) Xbox 360® console with custom Dance Central 3 artwork, one (1) Kinect® and one (1) controller, one (1) copy of Dance Central 3, one (1) Dance Central 2 box set (including a copy of Dance Central 2, notepads and booklet), one (1) copy of Dance Central, one (1) Dance Central fanny pack, one (1) Dance Central keychain, one (1) Dance Central bracelet and one (1) Dance Central 3 sweatshirt. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $425.00.
Each Runner-Up Prize Winner (5) will receive a "Runner-Up" Prize consisting of one (1) copy of Dance Central 3, one (1) Dance Central 2 box set (including a copy of Dance Central 2, notepads and booklet), one (1) Dance Central fanny pack, one (1) Dance Central keychain, one (1) Dance Central bracelet, one (1) Dance Central watch and one (1) Dance Central 3 sweatshirt. The ARV of the Runner-Up Prize is $100.00.
