1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Entry: During the entry period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the sweepstakes website at http://dolphin-browser.com/winnexus10/ and fill out the entry form in its entirety, including "Liking" the Dolphin Browser fan page on Facebook (http://facebook.com/DolphinBrowser). The entry period ends Friday, November 30, 2012 11:59 pm PST.
Only valid email addresses (individually, "Address") will be accepted as determined solely by the Sponsor. At Sponsor's sole discretion, you will be disqualified if you create invalid Addresses with intent to affect the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. The potential winner of the drawing will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period on or about December 3, 2012.
Limit one entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. The one entry per person maximum will be strictly enforced. Forged entries, altered entries or entries obtained other than as set out in these rules will be void and ineligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 3. Sweepstakes start and end dates: Sweepstakes begins on November 16, 2012 at 9:00 am PST. All entries must be received by November 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm PST.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open internationally to persons 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Mobotap Inc. employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor and its affiliated parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter, "Sponsor"), are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
5. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
6. Prize Details: Three (3) winners will be selected. Two (2) winners will receive Nexus 10s. One (1) winner will receive an Apple gift.
Approximate retail estimated value of prize for each of two (2) Nexus 10 winners at $399. Estimated value for one (1) Apple gift valued at $330-400. Any expense or item not specifically listed is the responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. All Federal, State, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a release and to provide a valid tax identification number prior to receiving the prize.
7. Prize Delivery: Prize winners will receive notice of winning via email on or around December 4, 2012.
8. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing and awarding of prizes will be conducted by the Sponsor (Mobotap Inc). The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. The prize winners will be notified by email following the drawing. All prizes will be awarded. Winners agree that Sponsor may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

Liability for Use of Prize: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, and each of their respective directors, employees, and agencies will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse, of the prize. The Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

Miscellaneous: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination of the Promotion, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination.
