ELIGIBILITY: eBay Holiday Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, who are physically located and reside in the United States or District of Columbia and who are registered members of www.ebay.com at the time of entry ("Eligible Participant"). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.
SWEEPSTAKES TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on November 19, 2012 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2012 (the "Promotion Period"). There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period ("Grand Prize Random Drawing"); and there will be one (1) prize awarded each week ("Weekly Prize") in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each respective week during the Promotion Period ("Weekly Random Drawing").
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: online and via U.S. Mail. Online: Eligible Participants must go to (http://cc.ebay.com/holiday-sweeps) and sign on to eBay with your eBay User ID and password. Once you have successfully logged in, Eligible Participants will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes each time they make a purchase on www.ebay.com (the "eBay site") during the Promotion Period. Online entry must be received by 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize Random Drawing. Online entry must be received by dates/times stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for a Weekly Drawing. Limit one online entry per eBay user ID and/or per person per day. Subsequent entries submitted by the same person/eBay User ID on the same day will be void. By Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes by U. S. Mail, hand print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, eBay User ID, date of birth, email address (optional) and daytime telephone number on a 3" X 5" card, and mail it, in an envelope with postage affixed, to: eBay Holiday Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 832, Plainview, NY 11803-0832. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2012 and received by January 7, 2013 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize Random Drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by dates/times stated in the Weekly Entry Chart below in order to be eligible for a Weekly Random Drawing. Enter by mail as often as you wish. Prize includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for the winner and three (3) guests from a major Gateway airport nearest the winner's home to travel location, 5-day, 4-night double-occupancy hotel accommodations, and round-trip transfers from airport to hotel (if applicable). Actual value of trip prize depends upon the city of departure, time of travel, any airfare fluctuations and on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment, and any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value if any, will not be awarded.
