J. C. Penney Merry Christmas America Sweepstakes 12/24/12 code Rqd

Is anyone else nervous about JCPenney finding out we are using multiple emails to enter the buttons daily? It states 2 entries per day but I'm using several different emails and have done more than 2 a day.... hoping if I won a big item they don't ck out how many I entered that day and disqualify me.. says they can do that in the rules... :-0

Yes, aol and hotmail are problems and don't get emails when ya enter the JCP codes. Try Yahoo or Gmail

I got a response earlier from my FB message I sent. They responded pretty quickly letting me know it's been taking about 72 hours for emails to show up. I had no issues on Monday night.

I just did for me & DH.... his email is AOL so didn't work. Mine is gmail and had no problem. I hope i don't DQ myself from 2 entering from same IP..

Please stop cheating this game trying to get more prizes. Follow the rules.

It's funny, some people have said Penney associates tell them to grab handfuls, others only pass out 1. I've been giving some to my mom who is on oxygen and giving some to friends. You can get them everyday so I won't be going again after this week so it will even out and I'll be doing just 2 a day... saw so many other posts online about people multiple entering I got a little caught up in it but have been feeling really guilty....ESPECIALLY because I believe in the whole KARMA thing... I'm on disability, unable to work right now and broke so really got excited about all this but know just because others may be doing it, it doesn't make it right (I'm a very good rationalizer!).

I've only won once and it was a $10.00 code. I found this at the bottom of the e-mail and thought it was interesting.

"*$10 Holiday certificate valid for one-time use on a single in-store purchase of $10 or more, excluding taxes and shipping charges. One per transaction; must be surrendered at time of purchase. REPRODUCTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Does not apply to Sephora, Services, Service Plans, Gift Cards, current orders/prior purchases, or in combination with other jcp savings certificates. Not valid for jcp.com orders. Holiday certificate amount applied to all qualifying items on prorated basis; any refunds will be given in the prorated amount. So...this means you can only use them in store, one at a time. Just thought I would let everyone know!

The thing is..they let me use all of mine on one purchase..at at the bottom of the print out it said the same thing...just check with your store and see what they say on it. Mine let me use all of mine at once! check out the post in Freebies forum..you will see others are allowed to do that also.

DIdn't cheat. My husband and I both went into the store and received the buttons from the cashier at the time of a purchase in Sephora located in JC Penny. The associate told us about the promotion and handed us a card along with 2 buttons EACH. We only have one laptop so we both used it to enter. His email never got a response because he uses an AOL email address, while my (gmail) received an email right away. I'm just hoping it's not an issue because they only ask for name and info after you claim a prize, so they won't see the two different names.
If it makes any difference he is not entering anymore since there is an issue with AOL email addresses.
